I am looking for a highly organized and efficient personal istant to join my team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in organization, scheduling, research, writing, data entry, and customer service. Responsibilities will include managing calendars, making appointments, responding to emails, and providing customer support. Benefits include flexible hours, competitive salary and paid vacation.



Qualifications:




  • 1-3 years of experience as a personal istant



  • Excellent organizational and time management skills



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



  • You must have your own transport




Responsibilities:




  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments



  • Book travel and make reservations



  • Respond to emails and phone calls



  • Take notes and prepare reports



  • Provide customer support



  • Other administrative tasks as needed
