Well-established NPO is looking for an HR Manager with a focus on Training and Development as well as with the Full HR function.

Salary: Up to MAX R41 000.00 CTC (Include Medical Aid)

Position Type: Permanent role

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric with Bcom degree level in Human Resource Management.


• 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources,


• Must have Training and Development experience (Facilitating, designing training material, staff development, coordinating training, etc)


• Must have a solid working knowledge of HR and relevant labour legislation.


• NPO / NGO industry experience


• Review and develop HR training programs


• Develop, implement, and able to maintain on-boarding programs


• Able to implement and manage Performance management system


• All relevant HR administrative duties as required
