Corporate Governance Officer Sandton Johannesburg Gauteng 

Well-established client is looking for an experienced Corporate Governance Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing effective company secretarial services to various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with governance and statutory requirements.

Salary: Up to R750 000 – R 900 000 CTC

Minimum Requirements:
• LLB / BCom Law
• At least 4+ year’s experience in a corporate/commercial environment
• Experience in attending board and subcommittee meetings, as well as working with regulatory bodies such as CIPC and the Master of the High Court for Trusts.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in minute drafting with meticulous attention to detail.
• In-depth understanding of the Companies Act and Trust Property Control Act.
