The Equipment Controller will play a pivotal role in contributing to the smooth operation of the WAH Department, focusing on maintaining equipment, administrative tasks, and overall facility organization and cleaning.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Matric (Minimum).


• Speak, Read & Write English.


• Proficient in Office applications.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Assertiveness


• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally – both written and verbal.


• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.


• Physically fit.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the WAH Facility consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.


• Adhere to cleanliness and safety standards in the facility.


• Promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.


• Accurately upload training documentation.


• Ensure data integrity and work closely with other team members to support smooth operations.


• Ensure that all WAH equipment is consistently inspected and accounted for.


• Maintain accurate records of equipment status and address any issues promptly.


• Collaborate with the team to manage the inventory efficiently.
