The ideal candidate is an aggressive business development hunter, a “wolf-of-wall street” sales go getter! Not for candidates who want to harvest and nurture current clients, or focus on up/cross selling to excising accounts. On offer is a negotiable basic salary with company benefits + an aggressive uncapped commission structure and lucrative bulk sale incentives.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  1. The main purpose of the position is to market and sell Cartrack products and services by offering the Cartrack value proposition and a ROI concept to SME's and larger commercial customers

  2. Furthermore, the job holder must ensure that sales and revenue targets in specified areas are met and/or exceeded

  3. Engage at executive level, build and maintain long term relationships with these clients and maximise sales opportunities within them 

  4. With a focus on quality, attend to all administrative tasks (CRM System) ociated with the sales channel

  5. Understand the value of a full fleet solution and have an in-depth understanding of Cartrack’s value added products and services


Requirements:



  1. Completed Grade 12

  2. Proven track record of successful and aggressive new business sales

  3. Sales target driven

  4. Ability to drive business development / cold-calling

  5. Solution orientated

  6. Established network of corporate clients

  7. Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations

  8. Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills

  9. High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills

  10. Applied Excel at Intermediate Level

  11. CRM applied experience

  12. Valid drivers license
