Silkblume (Pty) Ltd is seeking motivated and skilled employee for Paarl Location SILK FLORAL ARRANGEMENT - FLORAL DESIGNER The Floral Designer must have experience in floral arrangements designed for sale and subscription serves; design performance must be 100% accurate to the design templates; build templates for creations as catalogued; prepare monthly inventory in relation to planned orders and arrangement maintenance tracked in workplace returns; occasional interactions with clients requires excellent customer care skills; Additional Duties – include reporting to the CEO on customer satisfaction, design enhancements, and production efficiencies. Note: You will be evaluated by the CEO against the qualifications and requirements in this vacancy announcement. You may be asked to complete a pre-employment language or skills test. Requirements:
English language written and oral fluency required. Completion of secondary school (grade 12) or equivalent is required; Additional training must be a degree or diploma from a design program such as Floral School South Africa; University B.com in Design & Visual Arts; South African Flower Union Floral Art Education; or equivalent years of practical experience with commercial live stem arrangements.
