Job Title: Marketing Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Lead to join our team. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our brands’ goals and objectives. This role requires a creative and analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a pion for all aspects of marketing. Our candidate is a thinker and a doer, that can take the podium and speak for us one minute, and then jump in and get work done the next. We require an idea person who can wear different hats.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including blogs, ad copy, social media, email campaigns, websites.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage and expand our brands’ social media presence and engagement, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring social media analytics, and responding to inquiries and feedback.
- Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with teams and colleagues to develop and implement marketing strategies that support lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing and recommend new marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience with social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics, including Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Experience with Google ads.
- Experience using Facebook’s Business Suite and Ads Manager to create, manage and report on organic and paid campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
- Creative problem solver and critical thinker.
- Experience in the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.
