Requirements:

• 4-5 Years experience in bookkeeping/ finance


• Knowledge of working within a project / property / construction


• Matric plus Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification


• Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations


• Prepare accounts for payments received and purchases made


• Directing the preparation of financial reports


• Estimating the organisation’s financial position such as income statements,

balance sheets and analyses of future earnings and income

• Draw up monthly and yearly budgets


• Must have Cash flow forecast experience


• Working with Trust accounts


• VAT & PAYE & UIF experience


• Fluent in Afrikaans & English languages


• Hours: 07h30 – 16h00

Salary Package:

• Market-related and depending on candidate’s experience
