SALES REPRESENTATIVE – INDUSTRIAL PAINTS

A well-established paint manufacturer is seeking to appoint a sales representative to expand their light and heavy-duty industrial paint business.

LOCATION: Pretoria DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the incumbent:

Must have Paint Sales Experience

Must Live in Centurion

• Responsible for supporting the company sales and marketing strategy via sales drives into the heavy-duty industrial market.


• Understand company processes and activities relaying to customer accounts.


• Responsible to identify and acquire new clients in order to grow the business.


• Understand customer needs and requirements and provide advice and support to fulfill their requirements.


• Call on customers on a regular basis and manage and maintain relationships.


• Understand and take ownership of customer problems and complaints and ensure that they are handled and resolved to customers’ satisfaction.


• Handle and resolve all customer and technical queries to customers’ satisfaction.


• Provide technical istance, training, and support to customers.


• Travel regionally to customer base, and across regions when necessary.


• Identify new sales opportunities and generate new business.


• Assist with rollout of price increases and distribution of price lists and ensure such are fully understood and implemented.


• Be the main point of entry between customers and the company.


• Ensure and maintain honest, professional, and ethical business dealings with customers.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

• Grade 12


• Completion of SAPMA paint course would be beneficial.


• Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience in sales and the industrial paint industry.


• Technical knowledge of paint and paint processes.


• Valid driver's license, own transport.

REMUNERATION:

Basic Salary for the first 3 months then Commision from Rand one only!
