Requirements: • Experience within a Human Resources Manager role • Manufacturing/ FMCG industry experience • Human Resources/ equivalent qualification • BCEA, LRA, EEA, COID and SDA experience • Shift scheduling, ERS Biometrics/ V-Reports (Afi-switch)/ Visio • HR analytics and reporting • Experience with unions and shop stewards • Strong Microsoft Office, specifically Excel skills • Must reside in/around Ogies / Piet Retief / Witbank area Salary Package: • Market-related and depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications Apply: cvs@isc.org.za Reference# HR Manager (Manufacturing / FMCG), Ogies Ideal & Selected Candidates Communication will be limited to shortlisted candidates only.
