STORES PERSON

Area: Mbombela/Nelspruit, Mpumalanga

Industry: Steel / Manufacturing

Requirements:

• Stores/ inventory control experience


• Knowledge of pumps, equipment/ machinery (advantage)


• Manufacturing / steel industry experience (advantage)


• Quality control experience


• Procurement experience


• Ability to safely lift and move heavy items


• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, parts, and equipment


• Issue items from stores to staff or departments as requested.


• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels.


• Conduct regular stock checks and ist with inventory audits.


• Ensure all goods are properly labelled, organized, and stored safely.


• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low or excess stock.


• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storeroom or warehouse.


• Comply with health and safety standards and company policies.


• Able to work 07h00 – 17h00 Mondays to Fridays


• Able to work overtime and on Saturdays when required


• Computer literacy skills


• Valid driver’s license


• Own transport

Starting Salary:

• R12,000 – R15,000 depending on candidate’s experience
