Vacancy: PRODUCTION MANAGER

Area: Ogies, Mpumalanga

(candidates must reside in vicinity of Ogies)

Industry: Production / FMCG

Requirements:

• GMF Modules including practical test ped


• 5+ Years’ food safety or similar experience (HACCP, ISO, FSSC)


• 10 Years’ experience as Production Manager of a team of at least 30 people


• Further qualifications/ training/ or 3+ years’ experience in people management, industrial relations and performance management 


• Basic Mechanical skills (Sifters, roll change, V Belts),


• Dryer / Heater Bank System Training


• Matric plus higher education (post graduate certificate / degree) advantageous


• Fumigation (Pest Control Fumigation course -PCO course) and Raw material grading experience advantageous


• OHS and or safety rep (First Aid / Fire Fighting formal training) experience advantageous


• Raw Material Grading Course ped


• Forklift License advantageous
