A leading company is seeking the services of a potential IT 2 x Interns for its Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Building PC’s and installing Software.


• Performing email setup


• Backing up of laptops/ Desktops.


• Setting up Networks. 


• Troubleshooting hardware and software.


• Placing profile-built PCs with scheduled End-users.


• Handing over of the new PC.


• Performing final End-user configurations and orientation.


• Ensuring that the End-user can login to PC.


• Setting up of printer connections.


• Ensuring End-user can connect to all designated business systems.


• Ensuring that all End-user data is available.


• Performing any other required functional configurations.


• Getting End-user signoff form (against checklist).


• Collecting the old PC, and check-in to designated stores / storage.
